Ron Sand Shows His True Colors. NOT a Governor for all. Sneaky.

Well, you know, at least the truth has finally come out. Remember that Rob Sand, who is the “Governor of All?” According to the talking heads and their daydreaming wishes, the “moderate” Rob Sand would be able to lure some Trump supporters, and at the very least, moderates and independents over the line.

Well, Rob Sand has either accidentally or otherwise pulled the mask off … revealing what some of us knew, but wished wasn’t, that he’s just been pandering the moderates for votes, while cuddling up with the Far Left in real life.

Look, I’m a social conservative and an environmental progressive who can easily be swayed by realistic, moderate views and nuanced perspectives. That’s why Rob Sand initially caught my attention. He did trick me. All that talk of being a gun owner and not taking my guns, taking a more central stance on Iowa’s disaster of water quality (which he started to fail as well).

I hate being tricked.

Look, as a general moderate conservative, I dislike Kim Reynolds to the extreme, anti-American values and all. She’s destroyed the environment, ignored and worked against the education system, failed on the eminent domain agenda, and allowed corporations to steal private land, looked awhile while John Deere shipped away thousands of our jobs.

Bad, bad, bad.

But, as a moderate, sometimes I take the bad with the good and so forth. Rob Sand had a chance, spinning and weaving his words into my heart with empty promises.

Then he done did it.

Rob Sand decided, probably way too early, to rip the mask off and show his true self.

And, based on the reactions I’ve seen to his comments on the Des Moines Superintendent debacle.  And just like that, Rob Sand has abandoned his supposed moderate stance and lost all those independents he was gunning for (pun intended).

It’s really not hard to speak out against someone who leads Federal Police on a chase and is allegedly found to have a loaded firearm as someone who, by law, is not allowed to own one. It turns out that was the least of his problems.

Duh. It was obvious to ANYONE with a remotely moderate take that some bad juju was going on; the fact that Rob Sand decided to pander to the far left has struck a blow to his campaign that will indeed come back to haunt him. You simply will not be able to bury that mistake.

But it’s better we know now than later. Rob Sand is not the candidate for all Iowans. He’s for the woke mob, who are the farthest thing from moderate you could possibly be.
